Most of our Toploader parts are available online. If the part you are looking for is not yet available online, please contact us. You also have the option of e-mailing your order to us. Please be aware that information transmitted through e-mail is not secure.

If you decide to purchase a Toploader from us or to have yours remanufactured, we will need the following information:

1.    Make model and year of vehicle
2.    Application - street, strip, roadrace, show, restoration, etc.
3.    Gear ratio - wide or close
4.    Engine size, year, 5 or 6 bolt bellhousing pattern
5.    Type of bellhousing
6.    Rear axle ratio
7.    Rear tire size or diameter
8.    Shipping address and phone number
9.    What size T-shirt you wear

Since our Toploaders are built to each customer's specifications, David prefers to speak to every customer placing an order for one. Please contact us to speak to David about your order. It is not necessary to call if placing an order for parts, as this can be accomplished easily through our online store.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment must be made by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, money order or certified check before any work is started. We will also accept personal or company checks. If you send a personal or company check, work will begin once the check clears our bank.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We stand behind our parts and labor for 90 days from the date of shipment on street driven only applications. Damage from improper installation, missed shifts, competition use, open-track events and the like is excluded. Determination of cause of failure is solely at our discretion. There is no warranty expressed or implied for competition applications, off road use, or any mistreatment or abuse regardless of application.

Claims for repair or replacement of defective parts and/or workmanship on street- driven applications are handled on an individual basis. Buyer assumes all shipping charges both ways.
