SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship our Toploaders in specially designed, heavy duty polyethylene containers. If you are returning a core, you can send it to us in the same container. If you are not returning a core, we ask that you ship the empty container to us within two days. There will be a $150.00 refundable deposit charged for shipping containers. This deposit will be refunded if the container is returned to us within fifteen days.

The container dimensions are 16" x 17-1/2" x 42-1/2" and it weighs approximately 22 pounds empty (120 pounds loaded).

If you are having your transmission remanufactured, you may contact us to arrange for an empty container to be sent to you.

Orders for parts are usually shipped within one business day from the time we receive payment.

We use UPS ground for shipping, although other options are available upon request. The map below illustrates the number of transit days for delivery via UPS Ground services to anywhere within the continental United States from our location in San Antonio, Texas.
